COL3TRANE
As a fan of col3trane, this was my first time seeing him in concert and he did not disappoint in the slightest. With HENO. as the opener, his music touched on discriminatory issues as he even performed a song about being first generation in his family. It touched the hearts of everyone in the room seeing as NYC is built on the amazing work of immigrants. I’ve never seen two people perform with such soul and passion for what they do. Col3trane is not a small artist, yet he performed so humbly and with such appreciation for a full room in a small venue. His team was so respectful of everyone in that room, performers, audience, and supporting team alike in one room to listen to the amazing work of these two artists. And I have no doubt that everyone left with much more than the satisfaction of hearing some good music.
